Yoga:
Wednesdays at 6:00pm, come join us to work on your hips, shoulders and core flexibility and enhance your overall mobility. This is yoga for CrossFitters in that it's not so much of a workout or traditional practice as it is a flexibility and Pay weekly or by the month if you like. You can only benefit from this as a needed part of a comprehensive health and fitness program. Bring your mat!
Strength Programming:
Work with various strength programming including the Westside system to develop strength in the safest way possbile. We encourage all our athletes to participate in this type of adjunct work.
Ease yourself into the programming in conjunction with your CrossFit metcon WODs. Getting stronger will only contribute to your WOD performance and daily activities.
Nutrition Support:
We provide nutritional information and support including online monitoring at the local level and liaison to nutritionists and dieticians working with Robb Wolf. We strongly endorse a Paleo or more natural food intake and where needed, a Zone portion-based program. Call or email for more information.
With nutrition and overall health as a goal, we also provide access to hydrostatic testing in November and February to get a measure of where we're at with body composition. Keep your data!
