We utilize various strength programming including the Westside system to develop your power and strength in the safest way possible. We encourage all our athletes to participate in this type of adjunct work.
Ease yourself into the programming in conjunction with your CrossFit metcon WODs. Getting stronger will only contribute to your WOD performance and daily activities.
We provide nutritional information and support including online monitoring at the local level and liaison to nutritionists and dieticians working with Robb Wolf. We strongly endorse a Paleo or more natural food intake and where needed, a Zone portion-based program. Call or email for more information.
