Westside Barbell Programming:
Utilize the Westside system to develop strength in the safest and one of the most successful methods available. We have intermittent introduction sessions that are three hours long.
Attend one and then ease yourself into the programming in conjunction with your CrossFit metcon WODs. Getting stronger will contribute to your WOD performance and daily functions in so many ways.
Nutrition Support:
We provide nutritional information and support including online monitoring at the local level and liaison to nutritionists and dietitions working with Robb Wolf. We strongly endorse a Paleo or more natural food sourced diet and where needed, a Zone portion-based program. Call or email for more information.
With nutrition and lifestyle in focus, we'll also provide access to hydrostatic testing in February to get a measure of where we're at with body composition. Keep your data!
