seriously how does he not get winded while jumping and coaching?
Force yourself to calm down and focus on a proper starting position for beginning the lift! The double unders may be fast, but your lift shouldn't be!
Seven rounds of:
35 Double-unders
1 Snatch
Make one snatch attempt per round.
Post time and total of all successful

Tell me when I will EVER use the snatch in real life?! (Dave....don't answer) Really...it's like Algebra...got to learn it properly, but haven't ever had to bust it out. I did a whopping 65# (thanks for the inspiration Nat & Nicole) and the double under gods were good to me tonight....7:30. BAM! Now if I can just beat my Grace time tomorrow :)
