completes as many reps as possible of:
100 Wall Balls
100 KB Swings
100 Med Ball Cleans
100 Burpees
100 Sit ups

What a constant heart/lung/quad burner wod! What was up with the med ball cleans being the worst?! Thanks to my awesome partner Suzie who rocked it with me...respectable 31:24. :) Sooooo ready for a rest day....what a week!
