With the grip failing from the Push Jerks, wouldn't hurt to try using a mixed grip on the chest to bar pull ups! If you can't do the "rx'd" weight for the Push Jerks try to pick a weight close to it that you can move safely and effectively.

18:41 pushing and jerking 75# ( we rock, Mel!) And I busted out the best chest to bars I could muster. Sad wod when you're looking forward to the burpees to rest a bit....DOH! Big crowd at 5:15...glad you all finally saw the light! :) Great yoga/stretch tonight! Just what I needed for my crappy work week :)
