10 Kettlebell swings 72lb/52lb
10 Box jumps 24/20
10 Ring dips

5+18....but in my defense, I rxd 2 out of 3. Still had to use a skinny red band on dips :( Pretty proud of the big daddy kb....rawr! Good energy 5:15ers :)
