Okay Jud...I'm not worthy! Running my mouth off before I know what I'm talking about. I'm with Suzie...I'm humbled. That sucked. I pride myself lately on my hspus....not today. Usually just need one abmat....that only lasted for 9 reps, then added the 10# plate. Saddy :( Thin red band for dips and regular pushups....but probably not rxd. Time was 15:07. Ugh. The Pollyanna in me wants to just look forward to tomorrow....but it looks like another beat down....but we're CrossFitters and we will show up! Rawr! :)
