Or, find a buddy in the box to help you stay accountable.....like these two big kids.

So the good coach Denise reported that I was in the 15ish time period. Good enough for my book. Raw paws and another tear on the other paw. I might show up on Saturday with oven mitts on. See ya on the flip side. I'm out.

Andddddd...he's back with all of his witty banter. All is well in the world :)
13:35 rxd!! Man, that was exhausting! Interesting trifecta of movements...seemed only fitting to chase it with a trifecta of goodness from a certain establishment..protein style burger, "potatoes" and lemonade. I love you In N Out :) What?! I work out! Just powering up for tomorrow's beatdown!

Well I wish I had more to contribute but I baled out of there so quickly for margaritas and scorpion chowder t Taco Surf that I didn't catch my time. I was near last though with 55# on the bar.
Jud feel free to chime in now.

Well, the man speaks. Glad to see you pulled out of your primal mode and were able to communicate with something more than grunts and groans.
Jud, that pivot point is related to your lower GI track and your use of the powder room and not why you gave up Zumba. Let's be honest here, it's not the forward fold that prevents you from doing Zumba, it's the required rhythm that got you kicked out.
I wouldn't mess with Paula; I think she lets you win. Don't poke tigers, son.
We all want Julie back, mostly because she's good at keeping you in check.
And I can't answer #5. Anybody else out there?

I take "Unga Bunga" as a HIGH compliment.
OK, a few Friday Questions:
1) Could my T2B be slower? It's really hard when there is no pivot in the middle of one's body...that by the way is the reason I had to give up the whole "Zumba Pursuit".
2) Have you ever thrown up during or after a workout? I haven't, and I'm amazed by those that have. I really find myself more in the group that's worried about the more southern portion of the GI track when exhausted. I'm not using that "extra" restroom to powder my nose!
3) Do you think Paula ever gets tired of having me beat her by mere seconds? Not a big deal, she's way older than I am.
4) Will Julie Weaver ever return? It's so unpleasantly quiet at times without her!
5) Who do you suppose Denise worries about more when it comes to the chalk bucket, Grady or Maddie?
These! These, my friends are the questions I ask myself. Until tomorrow...

What's wrong with Jud? No witty Friday commentary? Just time and level of wod? Unga bunga. Although, the others probably prefer us silent :(
