Make sure to give yourself an adequate amount of rest
between each
max effort AND don't count warm up weights as part of your "working sets"!!
Treat these lifts as individual WOD's...that nervous feeling you get before a workout should be the same thing you feel when you approach the barbell to perform the lift.

Yesterdays wod.....17:39 rxd. Not shabby for coming down off TWO migraines this week! And what fantastic friends I have to repeat this wod with me after doing it last night (Suzie! You rock!) and keep on me, encouraging me to keep going..... and beat Jason! (JBC) :) I pushed myself and ended up doing the last 30 burpees unbroken...ouch! Took forever to catch my breath....earned my Marios feast and pina colada! Ole! :)
