When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.


  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

34:23rxd....winner for longest time of the day!!! But I challenged myself and did the 30" box hopes that Saturdays 20" will feel like a curb :) Thanks for all the beatdown! Damn those wall climbs seemed to come around quickly :)

Suzie....maybe you left your box jumps in your 40s, maybe you're on to muscle ups and double unders, you don't need no stinkin box jumps! They'll come back :)

I seemed to have lost my box jumps. So I went back to 20" step ups and then a 10" box with 2 plates.
If you see my box jumps around anywhere, will you put them aside for me. I was hoping to have them for Saturday.

That one was a doozie.


The toes 2 bars were great after doing those GHD wall balls yesterday!!
