You all were great yesterday during the hero WOD, it was like army ants attacking! The effort was motivating and entertaining. It was "No stone unturned", and "you left it all out there!"
Now check out this video from KStar and get an idea of where your shoulder is best positioned. If you recognise a form weakness or lesser range of motion start using the band stretches more and stay on it.
