Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
Why do we do it? To pay tribute to our fallen. What's another benefit? Work capacity so you can breath 40-plus times a minute like ol' Felix here. Quite the jump yesterday.



9 rounds plus 20 reps using the blue band for pull ups and green band for dips, 20# dumbbells for sitting shoulder presses, and 25# KB.
I threw in lots of burpees to get my bank up to 385.

Banana Boy...it's a talent! A talent that usually annoys most people. Then to add to that, the fact that I don't drink coffee, soda or energy drinks....I should bottle my energy, I could make some cash $$ :) There may be another Morning Betsy Sighting on Friday as well...it's your lucky week!!!

Whoop whoop!! I'm first to post today...why? Because I was an early bird and had my own private session at 6:00 AM!!! Nice to see the morning crew....hey, it's DARK in the morning! :)
11 rounds + 7 doing pullups/skinny red band ring dips and one abmat on hspus, even though I barely touched it...I'm blaming it being morning time :) Thanks Denise for your undivided attention and Mike Raemer for sticking around and cheering me on...Becky appreciates it!! :) If it's possible, I think I have more energy than usual...how obnoxious will I be today?!
