Another morning wod for me and I must say...I'm a spaz full of energy right now!! Could be my endorphins, could be my sugar high from chocolate chip pancakes and hot chocolate. DOH. Either way, I think I'll be useless by lunch time :)
Fun to see/meet the morning people...nice little mini-filthy fifty today. 21:01 fairly rxd....45#ohs & regular kips instead of L-pull ups. Good time even with a wardrobe change in the middle...shoes. BAM!!! :)
