Can I take a Mulligan on tonight's wod? Ugh....don't think the human body was meant to do sots...awkwarrrrrrd. I used the 22# bar and didn't look pretty. Walking handstands in baby steps and just bent knee L sits. 12:37. Resting up for my beatdown tomorrow! :)
