I forgot my times too....think they were: 5:00, 4:45, 4:07 Now too shabby for someone who hates runming and is recovering from a bum calf. Yay me!!!!! As for yoga....I don't know that I'd say relaxing...maybe the corpse pose at the end :) It was hard and humbling for me, but that means I need to keep at it and get better! Thanks for arranging that for us...look forward to a stretching class! :)

Either way I'm stoked. This clydesdale was moving:)
The yoga class was relaxing, sweaty, but relaxing.
