Plenty of skill work will get you warmed up for this Hero WOD. Make each round a best-form tribute to the man for whom it's named. And on this day of remembrance please take a moment to consider how our lives were affected on 9/11/01.

Holy Holleyman sweat buckets, Batman!! That was a wod befitting of an American hero and on such an important day...good timing, glad and proud to be a part of it.
14# wall ball, hspu w/1 abmat, 85#power clean. An easy half hour for the sacrifice of Holleyman. Good job on so many of us just showing up for this wod, whatever you did on it!

Mr. Holleyman, I gave it my all tonight. I even "no rep" myself on 4 wall balls. In your honor I used 85# for the power cleans, 10# wall balls and 20# dumbbells.
Thank you for your service and commitment to our country.

How about a call out for everyone to wear Red White And Blue? Nat mentioned that one of her teachers asked for that. I think it's a grand idea.
