When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.


  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

It figures. First one done last night w/all the guys, last one today :( Had to sub rowing for runming and it killed me endurance-wise. Thank you all for cheering me on, I think even the 9:00 peoole were already there too, so thanks. Humbling.

Following the adage "if you're not assessing, you're guessing'", the last time I recorded Nancy was 8-27-11 as 22:33 with 45#. So in a year, I increased my speed by 10% and load by 20%.

So this was a fun wake up call. 20:32 with 55#'s. Not bad, not bad at all. Not Rx but that day is coming.

I want to thank everybody for the instructions, encouragement and cheers. You guys are a classy group.
