And as if running with Nicole in the morning isn't fun enough, how about running at the beach with her on the 21st of next month? The Beach Derby has three different events ranging from 5K to 10 miles and looks pretty cool. Get together and do a group thing or just high five us as you go by on your 10 mile trek.



I did the workout up North. Getting to the gym @ 5:30am, BEARly awake, listening to a cheesehead gloat, would be unBEARable. DA BEARS are Super Bowl bound!!
