Betsy and her Man Harem tonight! Just how I like it :) Oh, did I say that out loud?
22:20 and stoked I only had to mod the box jumps into step ups (laying off my calf a bit) and skinny red band on dips. That's right, I powered through THIRTY kb swings at 52#!!!!! Super proud of myself :) Sweaty hot cardiovascular wod...will be happy to not grip a pull up bar the rest of the weekend :) Good hustle 5:15 boys!

I showed up for the 5:30 class again. Nice to meet more people. I've got an Angel game tonight and I wanted to get this WOD under my belt before I really had time to talk myself out of it. And since I can't think at that hour of the day, it worked!
28:47 with blue bands for pull ups, green bands for dips and step ups onto 20" box, 35# KB and single jumps.I know I just got the box jumps yesterday so why didn't I jump 50 times? Cause I have just enough common sense not to push it.
A lot of today feels just like yesterday, pull ups, dips and box jumps. My paws are pooped. I had to alternate between K2E and KB swings cause my paws were barking.
Tomorrow is game day. Go Bruins!
