Greed, wrath, pride, sloth, gluttony, envy, lust, or today's WOD. In both cases, sooner or later they catch up with us. BUT there will be a time cap on the thrashing today! Go hard with best form and race the clock.
"The Seven"
7 Rounds of:
7 Handstand Push-Ups
7 Thrusters 135#/95#
7 Knees to Elbows
7 Deadlifts 245#
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings 72#/52#
7 Pull-Ups
Here's a great post from Mark Sisson covering some paleo basics. Either a great reminder or solid new info.
Perfect pull position by the rowing model here. Good work you.
Saturday - At the beach! Run, then toss. Not your cookies, the Hoover Ball.

Suzie and I share the same story! 5 rds + 14 stuck w/35# kb for thrusters, didn't use the bar and didn't realize it was 45#, thought it was 35# as well....I'm a wimp. Did my hspu w/an abmat, may not have touched down on each one, but close if I didn't. Perfect lightweight cardio blast I needed...sweaty! Bring on the beach tomorrow :) That wod, I can do!

This is story of of a MOD WOD. 5 rounds plus 14 reps. It starts with stink bugs, 45# bar and 36#KB for thrusters (great Idea Bets), a whooping 85# deadlift, 36# again for KB's and blue bands for pull ups.
Jud, seems like you missed the banana tales from last Saturday. You would have loved it. LIke Letterman says, "sometimes these things just write themselves. "
Have fun tomorrow eveyone at the beach. I'll be cheering the Bruins on at the Rose Bowl.

I can honestly say I am not sad to miss this one tonight, maybe a mid week make-up WOD.
CHEERS.

Thanks Motivating Jud...much better!! And full of encouragement, I like it. HOWEVER, my ...I don't even know what to call it...tricep, all the way down to my elbow??...is killing me from 9 million thrusters the other day and more push presses and other goodies from the week and I fear all the straight armed exercises tonight...maybe be a good night to cheer on my friends or do some box jumps or double unders. Gotta be ready for Hooverball tomorrow...whatever the crap that is :)
Good job, Mike R...must be that energy from your banana :)
