27:49 using the green band for the 100 pull ups. The push ups were ok, the sit ups even easier and I can't believe I saying this but thank God for the squats! I did 50 unbroken and then 26 and 24. Not too bad over all.
What's in store for Saturday?
If you're nice I'll bring homemade chocolate/coconut pudding:)
