When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

19:43 rx'd first 55 squats with heels on the platform (I'm used to pumps ladies)

Blah, blah, blah.....PUDDING!?!?!?!!? I'm in! Do you still get some even if you didn't do Sngie tonight? Please, please, pretty please? :)

27:49 using the green band for the 100 pull ups. The push ups were ok, the sit ups even easier and I can't believe I saying this but thank God for the squats! I did 50 unbroken and then 26 and 24. Not too bad over all.

What's in store for Saturday?

If you're nice I'll bring homemade chocolate/coconut pudding:)
