During your warm up pick a sane weight that you suspect you can get through the shoulder presses with, then make minor changes during your sets. You'll have plenty of time to pick your starting bar weight in the warm up.
Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5
