The sights and sounds yesterday were wild. The biking display by Mike R., the usual crazy rowing and the swim clinic Deb was putting on in the pool, all were impressive. Thanks to all for making it a fantastic day.
Start preparing yourself for the NFL season. See how the players are working on making themselves a bit more "functional" and surely healthier. "Losing weight", "eating healthy meats and veggies" and no junk food?!
