When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.


  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

I like ciabattas better than tabatas....just sayin. 340 rxd. Jason, you beat me by 4, but I'll kick your arse tomorrow w/160 pull ups and 280 push ups. Yeah...that's right, you're going down. Uh....not! How bout chips and salsa for time? :)

I think I figured it out: did 5 pull-ups each round. Didn't burn me out. Able to do 10 or more push-ups, 15 or more sit-ups, and 15 or more squats. I just wasn't burned out from the pull-ups as usual & had way more energy. Just a thought...

You all are UNFORGETTABLE! I just did the WOD at the hotel gym. No pull-up bar so did 40# bar and had to drop to 30#. 287
