"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. The first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Watch your hands today! We've got more pull ups coming this week so don't blow out your palms.



I like ciabattas better than tabatas....just sayin. 340 rxd. Jason, you beat me by 4, but I'll kick your arse tomorrow w/160 pull ups and 280 push ups. Yeah...that's right, you're going down. Uh....not! How bout chips and salsa for time? :)

I think I figured it out: did 5 pull-ups each round. Didn't burn me out. Able to do 10 or more push-ups, 15 or more sit-ups, and 15 or more squats. I just wasn't burned out from the pull-ups as usual & had way more energy. Just a thought...

You all are UNFORGETTABLE! I just did the WOD at the hotel gym. No pull-up bar so did 40# bar and had to drop to 30#. 287
