30 GHD sit-ups
30 Deadlifts 225lb/185lb
30 Double unders
30 Overhead squats 95lb/65lb
30 Pull-ups
Had a physical lately? Don't wait around, if it's been a couple years get in there and have them check your insides out. Then give good consideration to what your doc is putting out as "patient education". Here's an article covering some current cholesterol info.

11:44 Mod Town, population: me & Suzie:) We shared the 135# bar Denise suggested (ouch!) for deadlifts, 55# on overhead squats...rest was rxd, does that count for anything? Damn the ghds...I saw stars! But no,headache or nausea this time.

Was this designed for someone who turned 30? If so, I'm totally skipping my 50th this year!

I think I had to modify every moment.The first GHD made me feel like I just got off a roller coaster so AB mat sit ups it was. 135# on the deadlift and that felt heavy. Since my double unders are hit and miss, I did 90 singles. Then used the 45# for the overhead squats and finished with my ever-present blue band pull ups. 13:51
