When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

The best part of today was going home with pineapple upside down cake from Betsy. Holy smokes, I have a new favorite cake. Thanks friend!

11:44 Mod Town, population: me & Suzie:) We shared the 135# bar Denise suggested (ouch!) for deadlifts, 55# on overhead squats...rest was rxd, does that count for anything? Damn the ghds...I saw stars! But no,headache or nausea this time.

Was this designed for someone who turned 30? If so, I'm totally skipping my 50th this year!

If this WOD isn't named, I'm calling dibs on the MOD-Squad!

I think I had to modify every moment.The first GHD made me feel like I just got off a roller coaster so AB mat sit ups it was. 135# on the deadlift and that felt heavy. Since my double unders are hit and miss, I did 90 singles. Then used the 45# for the overhead squats and finished with my ever-present blue band pull ups. 13:51

8:30 with the 185# DL...good all arounder

8:35 205 DL otherwise rx'd
