My overachieving boss had a rough day....poor thing lost the shirt off his back and 18# of water weight w/it he said...and he did 12 rds of TWELVE squats instead of 10. Extra credit of 24 squats...around 43 mins.

Well I used 20# dumb bells tonight. Hats off to Betsy for pulling 30#.
And my old friend, the stink bug, rounded out the WOD. God am I glad there are no cameras or mirrors in there.
