Cleaning Day; not as in cleaning the floor with your buddy! Keep your starting weight realistic and form oriented, no more. If you want to stay with one bar weight the entire time, fine! We'll get you warmed up, Coach B. style.
Complete the following every 60 seconds for 15 minutes:
Clean - 1 rep
Begin with _?_ pounds (a safe weight determined during your warm up) and add no more than 10 pounds every 60 seconds (or scale as needed, i.e. staying at one constant weight).
Notice no mention of full squat clean...?
We have a can in the shop now for donations to the Koins for Kenya and CF Kids' effort to raise funds for "our" village. Please consider a donation for this, specially if you're not able to go to the Firefighter Challenge at OCFA this Saturday. Thanks!

I'm here! I'm here! I wondered why nobody posted all day too. Inspired by the amazing Steph, I shot for her PR, but only achieved one of my own. Started at 35#, up by 10# and got to 110#, then failed a few times at 115#, just couldn't get the wrists swiveled around fast enough. Did a few more at 85# for technique, picked Chris' brain for muscle ups and called it a day. Sore quads and hip flexors from 250 squats & 10 rope climbs...yeah, I did the math. Ouch!

Hellooooo? (Echo, echo, echo)
Am I on the wrong day?
Oh well, I'll go first.
65, 75, 85, 95,100 PR:), 105 fail, 100 fail, and 8 more at 95.
2nd day of PN which included a small workout and the "habit" of taking liquid fish oil. Thanks, Denise, for saving the day.
