6:56 with 85#. Again...how does one get soooo sweaty in under 7 minutes? Insane. Chased that wod with 100 double unders ala Jason. My namesake wod tomorrow..hmm, doesn't sound like me, don't love the ring dips. Betsy WOD would be cartwheels, candlesticks, funky dance moves, ring swings, chips and salsa and virgin pina coladas....for time.

Oops, I forgot to check the time.
It was a great class tonight. Thanks, Boss-man, for the training and cheering.
65# for the C&J and 21 rope pulls.

Nice eye on the heel strike...but I'm not gonna tell 'em.

The only thing I thought when I first say this was...
(and forgive me Chris) ...
"George, George, George of the jungle, strong as he can be....
Watch out for that tree!"

I'm just in awe of his heel strike run, the imposing shadow on the ground and the determined look on his face, he's like GODZILLA stomping on anything that gets in his way.
And really, Steve, how can I watch out for him when he starts ahead of me each run, laps me and then calls out "TIME!" before I'm halfway through my wod? :) But, he DOES stick around and cheer everyone on...!

Or, "Watch out when this dude has the runs"
or "Dudes that run in Chucks are worth watching"
c'mon Betsy and Suzie, I need some help...
