Treat your hands right today! Tape 'em or a do modified version of the pulls, just don't leave yourselves shredded. Make those Push Presses good complete movements each rep too please. Good opened hips at the top and with separation between reps. The one legged mods will be to plate stacks or on boxes.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes
12 Push press, 115lb
12 Chest to bar pull-ups
12 One-legged squats
Here's another great link from Doc Attia's blog regarding foreign diets and carbs. Think smaller portions.

Yet another wod where I need a bigger rack so I can do chest to bar. No? Okay!
4 rds + 6?: kipping pullups on all rounds, "shoot the duck" one legged squats that Chris tells me are legal [I do everything Chris says, usually with some sarcasm or complaint, but I'm obedient] and 80# on first round, 70# for the rest. Then, a balmy wet 400m run in the rain..you're right Denise, that felt great. Oh and 100 double unders...just cause. You think this body just happens???!! :) See you for bear claws tomorrow...yummy NOM NOM NOM!!! Oh, wait...crawls..damnit, always confuse those.

So for those of NOT in the know what is a P2?

Jud, again you truly make me laugh out loud:) that was a visual I didn't see coming.
Tonight I wussed out and used 55# for the push presses, blue bands for pull ups and one leg squats to the weight plates. 4 rounds plus 12 reps.
Thanks Denise for the coaching and cheering.

4 + 17 pole assisted pistols. Think Fire Station, not strip club, Julie.
btw Jules, where in the #$%@ are you? Kelly says you need to get ready to vacation with your current and future husbands.
Nice P2 siting this am.
Lastly, my quote for the day, "Am I supposed to know any of these people?" offered in a moment of confusion upon seeing several CFG visitors in the house. Welcome to all the Canucks. Glad to have you.
