Hydrate, stretch and pay a visit to the mobilitywod site where you can catch this first of three segments on maintaining or rehabbing that upper thoracic region (your upper back!). We'll be going overhead a bit this coming week and you should watch this series of mobility pieces to help keep yourself groovy and pain free.
A HUGE thanks to all who donated to the CrossFit Kids for Kenya fundraiser that started Saturday.
