Slow lift day. And a heavier lift only if your form is clean. Shoot for the full movement with the lightest bar that you can, making progress in small increments. Start from the high hang if you need to reinforce the movement.

Holiday Schedule:
Wed. - Closed (do the HB 5K!)
Thurs. - 8:00, 9:00, 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 workouts.
Then back to the usual!
Then Aluminum Man this weekend!

I'm stoked; I hit 73# on the squat snatch. That's a big PR for me. That move combined both of my weak spots, overhead and squat. (I can hear Ms. Mariah from here and yes she was right..."we have to work on what we are not good at") Little did I know that working on those 2 moves would make me this happy at the end. I was really happy that I was able to squat every one of the reps. Ya me!
The progression went from 2 X 35, 45, 55, 65, 70(?) and 73#.
