55# 3:56 then ran a mile with Melanie.
Afterwards did the Precision Nutrition workout.
So after week one of the program, I thought I'd bring you up to speed. Week one was 4 little workouts, 2 days of "active recovery" and Sunday off. The "habits" to include/learn/do was to start taking liquid fish oil and multi-vitamins. I scored a perfect "10" for this week.
Just a point of clarification. While I'm doing the program I will continue doing CF. CF is an acceptable alternative to PN's workouts. Early on, their workouts are so light that I can include them without much effort. As their workouts increase, I'll stick with CF.
My niece in KY went through Berardi's program and said most people drop out because they get hurt. Since I've worked out with Marina without injury for 18 months, my niece recommends sticking with CF and skipping the Berardi workouts. I concur.
And I thank you guys daily for the changes in my life.
