When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.


  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

Hey V...where were you last night??? You don't get to smack-talk when you don't even show up!!! :) And, I'm not the overachiever, Chris T is...if I was, I would've thrown a 20 lb vest on!! And I don't think even THESE Corgi legs could handle 250 squats and 10 rope climbs with that extra weight. Ugh! I'll leave it to the 16 year olds [go Andrew!!!] and 22 year olds [Chris T]...both of whom I could've birthed...might I remind you of my age? I'm stoked to show up and complete :)

14:17 with 4 rope pulls each round and pole squats. (Yeah, I know, sounds better than it looks!)

Since I'm incorporating the Precision Nutrition exercises too, I was supposed to do 15 goblet squats so on my final round I did 25 goblet squats with 15#.

Day 1 of PN was just 3 sets of exercises, goblet squats, incline bench press (improvised) and 1/2 kneeling medicine ball chop.

Hey Chris, why don't you just eat a pizza and indulge like the rest of us, then you wouldn't have to make your wods more challenging with a weight vest. Your body weight would be enough. off!!! :) Or just throw me on your shoulders every wod, you get your extra weight and I get my wod done at the same time with much less effort. Just sayin. I'm here for you.
