16:24 w/pull ups, skinny red band ring dips & 95# cleans. Whoa Nelly....Suzie is right, its much heavier from the hang! They weren't pretty, but I did them thanks to Coach Denise yelling at me to do em quicker so I didn't burn out and thanks to Mavany for giving me a PR sticker :) Super nice San Diego Ken & Michelle! Masochistically....can't wait for tomorrow's wod. Eeeek!

I tried 95# once and thought' "oh holy hell!!" From the floor it was ok; from the hang it felt really heavy. So I wussed out and dropped down to 65#, which was too easy.
I used the blue band for my pull ups and the green band for my dips. Time was 14:08(?)
