Wow! How humbling...totally thought I could bang out 8 rounds, not so much :) Close!
49:22 7 rds using 26#kbs for everything and reg kipping pull ups. Total beat down...and heat to boot, good times! Thank God Mariah capped us at 50 mins, I would not have wanted to do one more round! Thanks Will, Mike, Mel & JBC for cheering me on :)

Due to time restraints, this one went not only modded but unfinished.
Great job to the AMers for killing it.
For those still to attempt this one please be smart, consider mods and train safe.
I subbed chest to bar pullups for the weight, and used 1pood but could have gone heavier for the lunges and thrusters.
Whatever you choose remember do not disregard range of motion for heavier weight, don't cheat the chin over the bar or the rear leg not trailing and touching or full depth on your thrusters... Enjoy

Subbed push-ups for pullups; 25lbs db squats instead of thrusters.
