Mean trick on the warm up...a mile run?! Bite me! :) Paired up w/Shimmy Shammy Sham Wow and we busted out 45/55/65/75/85/90, then did 1 rep of 95/100/105 BAM! My 105 was questionable on the way up, but she rocked it!! Total PR for me....stoked! :)
Then, stayed after class to try to learn kipping knees to elbow.....interesting! Thanks Chris, Shammy & JBC for coaching me, being patient and cheering me on!
