28:47 Not shabby for a member of Jud's Non Runner Club, actually had to walk a bit off and on during last mile, knee flared up a bit.

After a month out finally back...
Death by pullups...16 + 12 last 3 rounds did 10 pull ups each round. Hands are a wee bit sore, but good to be back!

I find the wods I hate the most are the ones I should/have to do. Hence, me picking 75 power snatches over 30 clean and jerks on Saturday....traps are still paying for it!!!!
