Mary Mary quite contrary, how does your workout BLOW?! Ugh. Tonight's wod choices were like some elections....the less of two evils. :) Not sure I chose wisely! My paws are sore, but not ripped...yay!
7rds + 25 reps, just couldn't eek out the last 5. Used one ab mat for hspu, 10" box for one legged squats. Good class energy and a warm up that would suffice for a wod for me, especially on a Monday :) But thanks Chris...gettin me ready for summer!

Cindy and I had a reunion date. Last fall I did the same workout with the green bands; today with the blue bands. I hit the same number of rounds, 11. I'm nothing if not consistent. And yes, there was progress in the band getting smaller.
