Loved the triplet warm up, especially because Denise helped me jump up to the 20" box again.
Thanks Denise for always supporting me (literally, in this case) and for knowing when I can physically do something that I don't know I can.
Edgar, Matt and I then took the deadlift cage for a 1100 m walk (Edgar jogged with it).
