33 ring progressions from laying down position, 23 clean & jerks w/85#. BAM!! Good wod, more tiring than I thought...and still muddled through a pint low on blood, whew! :)

Had to do it at school.
3 pullups, 3 dips each round; 95lb clean & jerk alternated 3 reps & 4 reps each round.

NY Times article on mixing lifting and cardio in same workout.
Short answer is cardio does NOT interfere with muscle growth and lifting does not interfere with improving cardio adaptations to muscles.
