Starting to feel like you were in the competition last weekend? Wish you could do all these WODs in three days? Um, maybe not. How about a more realistic number of pull up reps in this? Beside watching the vid below it's just another option to tailor this to your current strengths.
Here's an outstanding HQ video with K Star discussing pull up mechanics. We work our shoulders so much around here this should be a must-watch for all.

OUCH!!! And I thought Manion, Fight Gone Bad & Filthy Fifty were grueling! Actually, my legs did okay, but my paws were killing me and I swore I broke my wrists at one point. :)
39:36 using 65#/55#/45# BAM!! So glad I just have to sit on a plane tomorrow! Off to Idaho for the weekend for my parents 50th Anniversary! See you all Monday :)

44:37 with 55# for back squats, green bands for the pull ups, 35#'s for the front squats and over head presses and 22# bar for the dreaded overhead squats.
During this WOD, I kept thinking I would hear the following on tonight's news,
"the names of this WOD's victims are being withheld pending notification of next of kin".
