Doubles, singles, snatch, hang power snatch, which to do for this? Just make sure you can nail the movement while you prep in your warm up. Then watch your shoulders as you hit it, "know when to say when..."

Complete the following every minute for as long as possible:
20 Double-Unders (or for us, 5 or 10...)
1 Snatch (OR… Hang Power Snatch)
Choose a reasonable Double Under rep number and Snatch weight then add 10 pounds each minute (or scale as needed). The workout is finished when you cannot complete the snatch within the minute.
