A nice medium length recovery workout today. EASY standards to nail. Chin over the bar, straight arms at the bottom. Standing upright at the top of the swing with hips completly open... And lots of stretching!

12 Pull Ups
400m Run
Heading to the Regionals? Take sunscreen. Great place to spend a weekend rest day.

5 kb on each arm w 35lb db
5 air squat
15 double under
5 sit ups
12 rds
