When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.


  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

After Nicole's Candlesticks on Saturday and this wod, I'm all set to join Cirque du Soleil! Love the fun random challenging events :) 17:24 handstand walking (stacatto style) the 15 laps and squats over the 10" box to be sure I got low enough. Suzie...good job! It's fun being upside down sometimes :)

20:27 with I guess I would call them wall crawls (?). At any rate I got inverted! That's right I did wall assisted handstands Woohoo!

Then I did the 15 laps carrying 35# plate.

Oh I forgot to mention, Denise, thanks for the warm up and warm down work...really enjoyed it!

warm up 500m row 1:44 and then push press with 45 lb bar 87 reps

warm down 2 man team 1200m row 200m at a time 3:57
