Good day for mods if you are still working on that climb technique. Rope pulls (3:1) or pull ups at (10:1) will do also. We'll work on getting your shoulders nice and warm before you start.
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
15 Push-ups
Mod the push ups if needed and here's a recent reminder from the K-man re: shoulders and elbows.
