Sheezy my Pheezy!! That made me wheezy! All wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't still have raw paws from 100 knees to elbow last week, I know....wuss. But, I trudged on.
20:33 using 85# for front squats & push split jerks, 125# for dl. Bam! :)

I bow my head to you, Pheezy, and I promise I thought about you when the toes to bar and push ups started sucking. (I mean that with respect.)
Time was 25:52, with 115# dl, 55# for push jerks and front squats. blue bands for pull ups. On a positive note, I'm getting better with my toes to bar. I'm not there yet but I'm seeing progress.

Thank you for confirming, Janine...tonight's wod looks like torture! And I'm more afraid that nobody is posting times or expletives. Perhaps their hands are still just too raw from the pull up bars to type. Eeeeeek!!! :(
