When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

Barbara is a beeeeyotch! CFM Barbara's excluded, of course :) Time was 41:39, 29:39 worth of work, broken down like this: 5:24/5:28/5:54/6:26/6:28. Do you see the pattern? Let the record show that I did all 100 pull ups on my own...big girl! No band :) Shoulders still feel great....paws are raw :( And Brian/Deb...now I know what you're talking about w/the tailbone....sit ups on platforms never again :( Ouchie bum bum.

Jud: I was so excited that the Dodgers were in 1st place (Opening Day) that I went firing out of the gate on Rd 1. I also think it killed me for the middle rounds too.

Go Big Blue!! Someone tell Magic to get away from McCourt!!

Joe, 3:39 to start? Geez pops, who are you trying to impress? The Dodgers already have their line up set (and their first win, and Kemp's first bomb) so take it easy will ya'?

4:15/3:46/3:55/4:30/4:19 rx'd. Felt good about unbroken pull ups. First four rounds of squats cheated using the deck as a "heel shim". Could somebody help a brotha out with a push up though?

Lastly, I appreciate that Suzie recognized my Good Friday Crucifix/Pieta' (look it up Weaver) posing between rounds.

The Barbara I knew was kind.

Barbara is a bad bad girl! I did 5 rounds with the blue band for pull ups and reduced the number of squats to 25. The last time I saw the click was 45 minutes and I was about to start round 5. Enough said.
