It's International Barbara Day. Well okay not, but be friendly to either of ours when you see them today. At least they're special to us. In the mean time, make sure your form is consistently in the b-l-a-c-k. Nothing but nine or ten rings on the movements.
Five rounds, each for time of:
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Most everyone who's using the WOD and nutrition logs has had a new sheet added for the next quarter. Stay busy on these. Your work has been great in some of them and the bottom line is that you're nailing down a solid habit - personal data collection. Clear patterns should be showing up in your data: a) you're human and have a little off meal or day every now and then and b) performance is usually better when the sources are more natural, yes, Paleo! The general intake for most of our processed foods is way too high. Don't get freaked out by the day to day; watch the trends. The good stuff is taking place over time.
Remember, if you can't donate until next week or so for the Make-A-Wish fundraiser, we're just having a fun wod to support it tomorrow. The actual walk is on the 21st so you still can donate anytime before then. Just come have fun with a workout for a great cause.
