When We Do It

  • CrossFit Marina Organized Workouts:
    Monday-Friday 05:30, 06:00, 06:30, 08:15, and 09:15 (Please come at class time only!!). If you're late please workout at the next class! Monday - Thursday 4:15, 5:15 and 6:15 pm. Friday 4:15 and 5:15 pm Saturday 08:00 and 09:00. We are closed Sundays.

Cost

  • Monthly or Daily -
    On a Drop-In basis: $20.00. Monthly Unlimited visits are: $170.00

Thursday's WOD...150 Wallball with 10# ball, 260 single jumps. Thank you Denise for the coaching and counting.
A week ago Blair watched me do my 10" box jumps with a 45# plate. She asked why I wasn't trying to go higher. I told her it was because I could not judge my own jump and if I had any clearance. So today Chris video taped and Denise watched my 14" jump. Fast forward to adding first a 10# plate and then a 25# plate. I made it! It measured 16" This is a very proud PR for me. Thanks, Blair for watching me last week and Chris and Denise for coaching and encouraging me.

I'm with you, Jud! Walking really funny, if walking at all. Damn you 12.4!!! Rawr. So glad I'm taking tonight off..but if it hurts this bad last night and today...I'm a scurrrred to wake up tomorrow and show up for Saturday torture. Eeek!
