Good news...my dunk tank provided some positive results. Since Novemer, I've lost 8 #'s, 7.3 of fat and .7 of lean mass. Woohoo for being in a "normal" range for body fat.
Bad news...my chiro is working on my knee. Seems my muscles and tendions are tighter than.....(you fill in your standard response). Say it with me in your best Seinfeld soup Nazi voice...
"No Crossfit for you!". So it's a few days of rehab and we'll see if responds.
