Suzie..you had me at chips and salsa!!!! Even though you didn't say that, that's what I think of when you guys go for drinks, I get chips and salsa. But, alas...I bailed last night...so, I'll be there tonight and am actually going to try it out with a pvc [hee hee hee] or 22# bar. I work out...what?! Better see you there!!! Rawr.

Sounds like the AM'ers had a blast. Who's in for bailing on this one and meeting at a bar?

Jud... once again... your welcome!! I'm pretty sure you would still be on round 3 without my help!! Nothing like a little "in your face" motivation!! That's what friends are for!! And your not weak in your old age... just... if only you would have taken your shirt off... #135 would have felt so much lighter!! Me on the other hand... 6 rounds + 20 with the 35 lb. bar! I know my limitations!!!

Jud.... So in the same boat with you.... Denise pretty much had to slap me in the face to keep going... Between her,Tom and myself all yelling I'm shocked I even did what I could... Suck-fest 101
4 rounds
RX'D (who would of thought 95lbs would be so heavy)

File under the category of "biting off more than one can chew.." (no Julie, not you, but thanks for the...help?)"
1 round + 6 at 135#, the balance with 95#.
total 5 + 11...just too heavy for the ole fart. You know, back when I was only 40, I probably would've done better :)
